The house will be available in September, possibly August following decorating and emptying. It would be 800€ per person including heating.
There are 4 good size bedrooms (24m2, 12m2,12m2,12m2) as well as living room and corner plot garden with cellar storage space and garage if needed).
It is not central but the bus stop is 200metres from the house number 55 to Munchen PEP. Supermarket 200m away and forest area for walks.. I would prefer a whole group together.
