In meiner WG wird ab dem 01.04.2026 ein möbliertes Zimmer (19 m²) für 457 € Warmmiete frei. Zusätzlich kommt eine Ablöse für die Möbel sowie Kosten für Internet und Rundfunkbeitrag dazu.
Die WG liegt im Frauenland in der Nähe des Hublandcenters.

Starting April 1, 2026, a furnished room (19 m²) will be available in my shared apartment. The rent is $457 per month. In addition, there is a one-time payment for the furniture as well as costs for internet and the broadcasting fee.
The apartment is located in Frauenland, near the Hubland Center. It is a cozy three-person shared partment, and we spend time together in the spacious living room with a dining table and sofa.
